You want one of the milky white ones - not a clear one. Cut the bottom off the jug, and enlarge the hole in the top to match your camera's lens diameter. Put the object to be photographed on a flat surface. Sit the jug over it, and insert the camera lens through the top of the jug. If there isn't enough light, you can point a desk lamp or spotlight at the outside of the jug. The resulting diffuse light helps to avoid glare or reflections. Hope this helps!
